This 8 week program is for anyone looking to improve grip strength! An ideal add on for any Strongman competitor. Grip strength can often be the deciding factor in competition - Don't loose points due to weak grip again!
This program can be used for anyone looking to improve their grip strength - you do not have to compete in Strongman to run this program.
Only 1 day per week it is an easy add on to your current training - either as it's own separate day or onto the back of a current session.
