This 8 week program is for anyone looking to start training for Strongman - or take their current Strongman training to the next level!
This program will focus on fundamental lifts such as Log/Axle Clean and Press, Deadlift, Back/Front Squat, Farmers Walk, Yoke, Grip.
The program also includes targeted assistance work to improve overall structural balance that will help keep you injury free as well as transfer over to an increase in performance of your main lifts.
*Please note that this program assumes that you already understand correct exercise technique.
