If you have created a base from which to peak from this is the ideal program. The program is geared to push you to achieve new maxes in the 3 competition lifts. It uses a conjugate approach to improve both speed and maximal strength.

Tom used this approach with Rob Warburton when he won The W.P.C. u125kg World Powerlifting Title in 2021!
