A 12 week peaking block utilising a conjugate style periodisation model designed to set new 1RM's. This program focuses on the All4 streetlifting format, the muscle up, pull up, dip and squat. Plenty of accessory work is included for improving structural balance and direct transfer over to main lift performance. This program is perfect for peaking towards a competition or max out session and follows on nicely from the
All4 base building block program. The pull ups can be substituted for chin ups as well as the muscle up for ring muscle ups.
