Program Description

An 8 week training block focusing on the calisthenics fundamentals. Pull ups, dips, press ups, pistol squats and the L-sit are just some of the movements this program covers. 

Please note that this program assumes that you already understand correct form, this is not a program to progress you through learning the correct technique.
